Troy Nicholson founded Troy Nicholson (Real Estate) in 1995. Starr Partners Narellan was the first office to be opened in January 1996. In March 2002 Starr Partners Camden was opened and soon after in July 2002 Starr Partners Mount Annan opened its doors for business.
